We guarantee that the animals we supply will be in the best possible
condition. Because we trade
directly with the farmer, the animal is not subject to the stresses of
being processed and sold through a market and we know that it has not been
treated with hormones. We can
also be confident that the animal has been reared on a farm with no history
of BSE and that it has not been fed on either animal or human products.
Furthermore, you can be sure exactly where you meat originates
because, if you wish, we are able to supply with every beef product, full
details of where the animal has been reared.
We guarantee that our meat will be supplied to you direct from
British farms, that it will be correctly hung to enhance the quality and
flavour and that it will be free of artificial colourings and additives.
Above all, we promise that you, our valued customers and the farmers
will all receive a fair deal.
